Monica's interest in Real Estate started at the ripe age of 23, when she and her husband bought their first home in Vista, CA. Monica was offered an amazing opportunity to work with the same Mortgage Broker that helped her with her own mortgage loan. When he saw the interest she had in Real Estate, as well as her calm and caring personality he knew right away Monica would be the perfect fit. Monica went on to be a Loan Officer Assistant, Escrow Assistant, Banker at Navy Federal Credit Union and Assistant to a Top Producer Agent. Once she got a feel of accomplishment and satisfaction at the end of each transaction, she decided it was time for her to become a REALTOR. Monica has been a REALTOR since 2014, specializing in all North San Diego County and South Riverside County. Monica understands the unique Real Estate market and different aspects of the industry.
