Over the course of his career, McNabb has lectured and educated thousands of attorneys and court personnel on subjects including expunction of arrest records, defense of DWI cases, Administrative License Revocation (ALR), blood testing, breath testing, and cross examination. McNabb has lectured several times this year on the topics of expunctions, Administrative License hearings, trial issues, and ethics.
Gas Chromatography Certifications
Gas Chromatography is the methodology by which the government tests blood alcohol concentration for DWI prosecutions. To further his understanding of this methodology and to better defend his clients, Mr. McNabb holds certifications in gas chromatography from a premiere laboratory training facility. The facility in which Mr. McNabb received his training and certifications trains some of the top governmental agencies, including the FBI, DEA, and CDC. Mr. McNabb strives to have a comprehensive education in order to best help his clients.

Texas DWI Lawyers is a nonprofit organization formed of the top Texas DWI Defense trial lawyers dedicated to defending those accused of DWI. The primary goal of the organization is to protect the rights of citizens charged with intoxication related offenses by providing the best DWI defense education for attorneys. Texas DWI Lawyers provides education to attorneys on all issues related to the defense of citizens accused of DWI.
