Today was a really good day. ☀️

Lately, I’ve been learning to love myself more, understand what truly makes me happy, and appreciate moments that bring peace to my mind and soul.

Today, thanks to an event hosted by WCR .siliconvalley I experienced something new sunset yoga with some amazing friends. Although it was much warmer than I expected, it turned out to be one of the most relaxing and grounding experiences. For once, my mind wasn’t racing. No stress. No overthinking. Just being present… laying under the warm sun, breathing, laughing with friends, and allowing myself to fully enjoy the moment.

Mondays are usually hectic, but today felt different. A beautiful yoga session, dinner with great company, and ending the night with ice cream was honestly the perfect way to start the week. 💛

Grateful for experiences like this, good energy, and even better people.
