We had this home on the market for nearly a year. It came with a few city required corrections that understandably made some buyers hesitant. But as the saying goes, one person’s misfortune can be another person’s opportunity.
This property found the right buyer—and that buyer recognized the right opportunity. When the corrections get resolved this home will have increased significant equity.
