As a husband-and-wife real estate team, we bring over 25 years of combined experience in real estate sales, marketing, and finance. Together, we founded Akkadian Group, a real estate services company, in 2008. Over the years, we have established a network of buyers and sellers of modest to the most luxurious properties, throughout California’s Bay Area. Our family business thrives on client satisfaction which has resulted in many referrals and returning customers. Our clients keep coming back, because they know they can count on our experience, persistence, negotiation skills, prompt communication, and market knowledge. As a team, we are better equipped to provide more value for our clients. Background Ramil has lived in California's Bay Area for over 30 years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from St. Mary’s College of California. For years, Ramil held management positions at high-tech companies. In 2002, he made a career shift to something he has always been passionate about: real estate & mortgage lending. Suha made California's Bay Area her home in 2006 where shortly thereafter she became a real estate agent. In 2008, she joined forces with Ramil & together they founded Akkadian Group. She graduated from Notre Dame de Namur University with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Marketing. Outside of work, Ramil and Suha enjoy spending time with their daughter and their dog, as well as volunteering to benefit the community. St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital is one charity that is near & dear to their hearts!
