Customer service, training and sales are staples of Kelly’s professional background. However, what has always set Kelly apart is her extraordinary personality! Kelly’s enthusiastic attitude made for a competent and success leader. Where she managed the number one Hallmark store in all of San Diego County. During that time, she built up a following of loyal card and Christmas Ornament patrons. Where people would come in just to hear Kelly sing to the Hallmark music cd playing in the store.Time management, attention to detail and her natural leadership qualities were well utilized in the fast paced, holiday inspired retail environment. These are all strength that Kelly uses in her current role as a Realtor. After several years of store management, Kelly’s interest turned to real estate and investing. She has worked with a few local San Diego real estate investors in acquisitions and as a personal assistant. As her investors “right hand person” Kelly learned the ins and out of real estate investing. With six solid years of investing experience, her next direction was real estate licensing as a Berkshire Hathaway Home Services real estate agent, now with Big Block Realty. Kelly is an East Coast native but now calls San Diego her forever home, after moving here from the Bay Area. As a child, Kelly lived in six different Eastern States before the age of 12. Finally settling in Iowa where she graduated from Western Iowa Tech majoring in Graphic Communications. Kelly also served in the U.S. Navy as a Torpedoman (TM3) stationed in the Philippines and Northern California. While in the Philippines, Kelly was assigned to the prestigious position of serving on the U.S. Military Funeral Honors Guard. Conducting military funerals for Filipino nationalist killed in the line of duty. While stationed in Northern California, Kelly served her country as a Military Policeman. Earning 4.0 evaluations, a marksman rating and three ribbons, Kelly’s segway into civilian life was management. Kelly currently resides in Santee, but is very knowledgeable about the San Diego county. If you need her advice when buying, selling or investing.
