✅ Payment History (35%) – Late payments hurt. Paying on time is key!
✅ Amounts Owed (30%) – Using too much of your credit limit? Lenders don’t like that.
✅ Length of Credit History (15%) – The longer your history, the better.

• $1,089,300 for one-unit high-balance loans (increased from $970,800)

Higher loan limit, higher purchase power with lower down payment.

Example: Santa Clara buyers now can purchase a home up to $1,140,000 with only 5% down (loan amount: $1,083,000).
It’s still conventional, rate is better rate than Jumbo loan.
