What is changing:

• Pre-Sale Disclosures. Already part of your SafeDealsAI workflow. Unchanged. (EXISTING)
• SB 766 Right to Cancel Disclosure. Presented and captured at the point of sale. (NEW)
• Post-Sale Right to Cancel Process. Handles the return workflow after the sale. (NEW)

October 1, 2026 is when SB 766 takes effect. Your pre-sale disclosure process needs to be ready before that date, not after the first customer walks back in asking to return a vehicle.
