Does your vote in the primary election really matter? Absolutely! 💯

Attorney Jeresia Ewell, President of the Wiley Manuel Bar Association, says you have to vote in the Primary Election if you want a real choice in November. She breaks down why June 2 is so important.

California uses a "Top-Two Primary" system. This means the two candidates with the most votes move on to November, regardless of their political party. We could easily end up with two candidates from the same party on the fall ballot.

If you want a real choice this November, you have to show up and vote on June 2! Don't let a small group of voters decide who ends up on the ballot. 🗳️✊🏾
