What a great turnout for our Leadership & Management Section's education session this week! 32 members joined us for an engaging conversation on Emotional Intelligence (EQ) – The Key to Building Relationships at Work with Dr. Sharon Meit Abrahams.

Although Dr. Abrahams joined us via Zoom, she was truly larger than life on the screen! Her insights gave us plenty to think about when it comes to strengthening relationships, communication, and leadership in our firms.

Announcing 's annual Coastal Cleanup event on Saturday, September 19th at 9am at the MLK Regional Shoreline in Oakland—a cherished ALA Golden Gate Chapter tradition and part of California’s largest volunteer event of the year!

Come together with members, Business Partners, and guests as we make our Bay a cleaner, healthier place to live, work, and play. Friends, family, and children of all ages are welcome! Thanks to our event sponsor, (more sponsors coming soon)!

🌊 What to Expect
• Spend about 2 hours helping remove trash from the shoreline
