San Francisco’s July housing market showed two different trends.
The median price for single-family homes reached $2M, and homes sold faster than they did a year ago, despite a decrease in overall sales.
Condos also increased in value, with a median sales price of $1.2M and a significant rise in closed transactions, although they took longer to sell.
The key takeaway: market conditions can vary greatly depending on the property type. Pricing, location, and strategy continue to play a major role.
