I used Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude to generate this image from scratch.

The goal? To visually capture what I do as a Tech-Savvy Global Mobility & Immigration Program Manager.

It was a deliberate showcase of how I integrate AI into my day-to-day. AI fluency isn’t a nice-to-have anymore. It’s a competitive advantage. And I’m here for it. 🌍✈️

April 2026 Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination Results Released in Three (3) Working Days

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 1,863 out of 2,296 passed the Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination given by the Board of Real Estate Service in N. C. R., Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Rosales, Tacloban and Tuguegarao this April 2026.

The Board of Real Estate Service is composed of Hon. Ofelia C. Binag, Chairperson; Hon. Estelita D. Patdu, Hon. Maria Teresita B. Canlas (Inhibited), Atty. Cecilynne R. Andrade and Hon. Jessie B. Doctolero, Members.

The results were released in three (3) working days after the said examination.

Starting June 22, 2026, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration. Those who will register are required to bring the following: downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, notice of admission (for identification only), 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag), 2 sets of documentary stamps and 1 piece short brown envelope and submission of Original Surety Bond, minimum amount of which is P 20,000.00, with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)/Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) as Obligee. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.

⛰️ An unexpected climb to the top...

I’m incredibly proud to share that I’ve officially signed as Manager in Global Mobility and Immigration with StepStone Group, Inc., a global private markets investment firm. I’ll be reporting to the VP and will be supporting the parent company and its four subsidiaries across private equity, private debt, venture capital, and real estate—helping top-tier talent navigate cross-border moves in some of the most dynamic sectors in finance. 🌍💼📈

With the aid of our advisors and partners from law and tax firms, I'll be managing corporate projects across borders in four regions - APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and AMER.

I dedicate this milestone to my family. This wouldn’t have been possible without the love and support of my amazing husband 💖, my husband’s family 🫶, my wonderful parents 👨‍👩‍👧, and my entire family 👏.
