Sitting in my little ca****la in Trevi studying for my next trial, Holmes vs. CCSF.

What is wrong with the City? Blatent racism and outright discrimination against my client because she has cancer... you heard me, cancer.

I read this case and literally cannot believe how CCSF constantly continues, to blatantly discriminate against minority disabled employees.

The HR department of this City needs a serious lesson and I have every intention of giving it to them.

In the middle of Chemo after 13 years of excellent performance reviews my client gets terminated! Any reasonable jury will right this egregious wrong in a big way.

My clients are heros. I'm just so sorry they have to go though the stress and denigration that the City serves out. Just disgraceful.

I can't wait for this 2025 trial... cannot wait!!!

Never a dull moment.
My client kept the Aquarium open after Covid. It's one of the few Wharf entities that did stay open.

Lots in this article will be disproved... but what isn't denied is that for the 7 years he worked there, his performance reviews were consistently rated "Outstanding". The board approving everything he did until he blew the whistle on seriously unethical dealings...fired 3 days later.... lost health care 8 days later.

Today is a great day. In my life, some of my happiest days have been when giving my clients what a JURY awarded them.
