Sea Cliff is the most exclusive neighborhood in San Francisco. And most people who live there will tell you the same thing: they are never leaving.

Fewer than 350 homes. Gates at the entrance. China Beach below. Baker Beach blocks away. The Presidio next door. The Golden Gate visible from select streets.

Homes here trade rarely. When they do, the whole city pays attention.

I currently have one of them. 201 Sea Cliff Avenue is a 1952 midcentury original on one of the neighborhood’s best corners, not on the market in over 60 years.

For over two decades I’ve helped people buy and sell over $1 billion of real estate in one of the most competitive markets in the world, San Francisco.

I have a wonderful family, including my wife Louise, our two boys Malkolm and Oskar, and our little dog Timmy. 🐶

Outside of real estate, I love art, design, cooking, golfing, surfing, hiking, tennis, roadtripping, paddle boarding, and pretty much any adventurous activity you can think of.

13 out of 14 Bay Area counties cooled off in August. San Francisco went the other way 💯

Condo sales up 11%. Median up 22% to $1.23 million. Active listings down 36%. The ONLY county in the region where condos grew in both price and closings.

Less inventory, more competition, fall market just getting started.

Buckle up, it’s going to be a big one!
