I never imagined thousands of people would show up to an event we helped create—but that’s exactly what happened.
For the past two years, I’ve had the privilege of working with some incredible people to bring this vision to life. It took countless hours, problem-solving, and the dedication of so many individuals, and seeing it all come together was unforgettable.
I’m proud to have played a small part in something that brought so much joy to our community, and I’m honored to have worked alongside such talented, hardworking, and wonderful people.
A special shoutout to the drone show team from Skyrunner Drone Light Shows , who somehow turned the creative direction of the least artistic person imaginable into something spectacular. My brief was basically, “Can we have the Liberty Bell… and, like… fireworks?” And they made it beautiful.
To everyone who volunteered, sponsored, supported, and came out to celebrate—thank you for making it a night we’ll all remember.
Now… who’s ready for 2028?
