This is the lunar eclipse tonight from Balboa Park at 7:52PM. The bottom left third of the moon is the earth's shadow. This is a single photo.

I almost didn't go out to photograph this because I already had a lot of moon photos here. But my only other eclipse photo was from 2018 and due to the shooting location, it wasn't possible to get such a large moon in relation to the tower.

I was initially thinking of going to Harbor Island to photograph the eclipse but decided against it. I thought there would be too many people there (I don't like photographing in big crowds) and plus the moon would rise of the buildings downtown earlier and you wouldn't see as much of the eclipse. There was nobody around me in Balboa Park.
