💥 Amy & Sam were champs in this tough market. We searched for the right home for a few months, wrote several offers and finally found their home. Sam lived in this complex as a kid so it was even more special for them.

💥 We were up against 10 offers. I made sure that we stood out the best to the listing agent and sellers. We curated an offer package that wouldn’t be overlooked, effective upfront communication with the listing agent, ensured we offered sellers desired terms, etc. This resulted in the sellers coming straight to us rather than entertain the other offers they had. Big win!

Looking back at 2021 — I’m so grateful for my amazing clients and new connections. Thank you all for the continued support — this has been my best year yet! Ending the year with $17M in personal sales and over $70M in team sales. I feel extremely fortunate and I’m excited for what next year will bring!
