Lloyd graduated from the University of Oregon with majors in economics and general science. Following graduation, Mr. Lloyd spent four years with a p

rivate organization, specializing in state and local taxation. In 2014, Mr. Lloyd earned his law degree from California Western School of Law, where he finished in the top of his class in Community Property, Legal Drafting, Estate Planning, Wills & Trusts, Bankruptcy, and Secured Transactions. As a law student, Mr. Lloyd was a member of the American Bar Association, San Diego Bar Association, Estate Law Society, and served as the Administrative Director for the Tax Law Society. He interned for a law firm, where he gained practical bankruptcy experience. Lloyd passed the February 2015 California Bar Exam. He represents clients in bankruptcy, debt settlement, debt litigation, and consumer litigation. To date, all of Mr. Lloyd's Chapter 13 clients have had their Chapter 13 plans successfully confirmed. Lloyd's Chapter 7 clients have all successfully received Chapter 7 discharges. Therefore, if you are faced with debt related issues and looking into filing bankruptcy, Mr. Lloyd can definitely help.
