Settlement has been reached in an underpaid wages lawsuit affecting workers on fruit farms in California.

Hooray! Our Governor just signed this very important bill into legislation, prohibiting employers from requiring that employees sign an arbitration agreement as a condition of employment! These agreements are always unfair to the employee. This is EXCELLENT news for California employees!
