Obviously, I'm very aware of the Coronavirus situation and the fear it is generating in our communities. I also know that many of your are now home with children as a result of schools and offices being temporarily shut down.

This one is key: Remember to check your property tax bill to be sure it references YOUR TRUST ( rather than your NAME or NAMES ALONE ) as the owner of the property. Also double check to ensure your Trust is properly funded
