Hello everyone, I'm new to Facebook and just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Josh Teperson, I've been an attorney practicing Workers' Compensation for 25 years and for the last 15 years I have been on my own helping San Diegan injured workers through a very broken and dysfunctional system during a time in their lives they're most vulnerable.
We've also helped thousands of people with back injuries, repetitive trauma injuries, as well as people with Anxiety and Depression brought about by their work duties and treatment by their employer. Insurance companies will tell you that you have no choice in medical providers, that they don't owe you benefits, or just plain ignore you and hope that you go away.
We help people get time off from work getting paid through either Workers' Compensation or EDD, help them plan for a future on their own terms and conditions, and answer questions and provide guidance through a very complicated and rule heave administrative system.
