Her name is “Cutie”, she is a golden and 5 years old. She is good with other dogs and people including small children.
Her current owner absolutely loves her and is devastated to let her go, but circumstances in her life are forcing the very difficult decision to rehome her.
A bit more about Cutie:
She is used to a family member being home with her. She has a large yard and loves playing in it. She walks on a long leash but has not been leashed trained. She is very smart, attentive and affectionate. A family that has a family member home often would be best for her.
She is healthy and up to date on her vaccines.

I truly believe Slow and Steady wins the race. The reward is so much greater when you take the time to get to know your clients and build that solid trust. Trust that goes both ways and allows for honest and sometimes difficult conversations when making one of the largest purchases in your lifetime. The right home will always come along, especially when the timing aligns in your life. I will never push a buyer to make a decision, or try to convince them why a specific home is the one. I have seen too many times in my years of representing buyers, that the universe has a way of conspiring with you when the right home comes along.

Not every sale is as smooth as this one was. I certainly appreciate it when everything goes as planned and there are no surprises ✨
When I sold this home to my clients many years ago, it was intended as their forever home. Well …. sometimes life has different plans for you, and as my client shared with me “ you just have to go with it!”
This is the 3rd home I have sold for them, and as always, they were wonderful to work with.
