For example, the catchphrase "Best Burgers in Town" would likely not be eligible for trademark protection, as it simply describes the quality of the food. Overall, the process of trademarking a catchphrase involves filing an application with the trademark office and demonstrating that the catchphrase meets all of the legal requirements for trademark protection.
