Eight years ago, I began my journey with Compass, and it’s been one of the most rewarding chapters of my career.

What I’ve appreciated most isn’t just the innovation or growth — it’s the people, the collaboration, and the meaningful relationships built along the way.

For the past four years, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with my teammate Jordan. Together, we’ve built a relationship rooted in trust and a shared passion for what we do.
