A little art. A little intention. A reminder that sometimes the smallest moments hold the biggest meaning.

These beautiful, reflective Positivity Dogs are popping up around San Diego, bringing a little art, wellness, and intention wherever they go. Created by a Southern California artist, they come in all shapes and sizes, each with a message that encourages us to pause, reflect, and reconnect.

One of the most meaningful details? Each dog wears a watch set to 11:11. ✨ For the artist, this time holds a deeply personal meaning: it connects the passing of her mother with the birth of her daughter. A beautiful reminder of life’s connections, the circle of life, and the belief that 11:11 can be a sign from angels above.

I’ve spotted these special pups around Rancho Valencia and Cedros, and I love how they invite us to slow down, be present, and find meaning in the little things.

A little fall refresh goes a long way! 🏠

Whether you’re thinking about selling this fall or simply want to get your home ready for the season, here are a few things worth checking off your list:

🔧 Tackle deferred maintenance
Clean those gutters, inspect your drains, repair pathways, check railings & take care of any roof repairs.

🔥 Keep the cold out
Have your fireplace + chimney inspected, clean your furnace and filter, and seal any cracks around windows.

🌿 Refresh your landscaping
Prune trees + shrubs, adjust your sprinklers, add seasonal greenery by the front door & brighten things up with exterior lighting.

🕯️ Make it cozy + comfortable
Think candles, fresh flowers, new bedding + linens, soft throw rugs and blankets — and don’t forget to stock the fireplace!

✨ A little preparation now can make a big difference when it comes time to sell — and even bigger difference in how much you enjoy your home this season.

Happy fall, San Diego! 🍁

This one was a spicy one. 🌶️

Just SOLD for $2,000,000! 🥂✨

1101 Sierra Linda Drive - a beautifully reimagined 5-bedroom, 4-bath retreat nestled on just about 3 acres with sweeping San Pasqual Valley views, a resort-style pool & spa, multiple entertaining spaces, outdoor kitchen, and even a pool house. Basically… the kind of property that looks effortless in the photos.

The closing? Not quite as effortless.

This one came with plenty of twists, turns, last-minute curveballs and a few “how are we going to make this work?” moments. But with a lot of persistence, problem-solving, patience and teamwork, we got it across the finish line.

So grateful to my sellers for trusting me through every step of the journey, and so excited for the buyers as they begin their next chapter in this very special home.

A reminder that sometimes the best closings are the ones you have to fight a little harder for. ❤️

Officially SOLD! 🥂🏡

Turning over a new leaf! 🍂

Fall is here, and you won’t be-leaf the difference a few small updates can make, whether you’re planning to list this season or just want a cozier home as the days get shorter. 🏡✨

Here are 3 easy ways to get fall-ready:

🌼 1. Brighten your landscape
Add pops of seasonal color with mums, pansies, violas, and snapdragons (they love cooler weather!). Then set the mood for evening visitors with solar walkway lights or twinkly string lights in your trees, pergola, or fence.

🔧 2. Clear and repair the exterior
Get ahead of the rain! Check your roof, clear your gutters and chimney, trim back bushes, and adjust your sprinklers. Book roof inspections now, before the winter rush.

🕯️ 3. Get cozy
Layer in fluffy blankets, throw pillows, fresh linens, candles, and autumn flowers. Selling? Light the fireplace for showings and photos for that warm, inviting glow.

Thinking of selling this fall? I can help you prioritize your prep and connect you with my trusted network of contractors. Call or DM me today for a home consultation!
