Some of the best moments in real estate happen long after the keys are handed over.

These clients relocated from Sonoma County to a beautiful active 55+ community in Ocean Hills, and seeing them so happy in their new home was everything.

They hosted Michael and me for dinner, making us their very first dinner guests, and even sent us off on their e-bikes to explore the community.

This is the part of real estate I love most. Watching clients settle into a home they’re excited about, start a new chapter, and then have them invite you back into their lives after the transaction is complete.
