At the beginning of 2024 Mr. Arnold made a decision to start limiting the number and type of cases he takes on. His plan at the time his website and this Facebook posting was last updated was to take only a few cases a year and partner up on those cases with one of his former associates, who are currently now working as “Of Counsel” , or with one of his many friends or colleagues he has come to know over the past 40 plus years .
If a case is not one I ( Bruce Arnold ) would take on personally, or the kind I would partner up on with one of my associates, I will try to assist the caller in getting them to someone that can help them.
Depending on the type and nature of the problem, we have friends/ colleagues that practice in many different areas of law (as well as many different locations around California as well as many out of State) that we can refer someone to , if we are not able to help them.

Big news for 2024. David and Megan have now opened up their own separate firms. They will remain associated with me at the Arnold Law Firm on an “of counsel” basis for awhile . However starting January 2024 they will also be taking on cases on their own, as well as working with other lawyers.
I wish them both success as they start to build up their own practices and I start to wind mine down and transition to handling a smaller number of cases.
