Proud to say this retired military family was able to get the home they wanted. They were deciding between living up in Murrieta or in San Diego, based on their lifestyle choices they decided Mission Valley was best for them. Although they were on the east coast, I made it a very smooth transaction with solid communication and making sure all their concerns were handled. The client always comes first. 💯

They were moving from Kansas to America's Finest City. I was blessed to have Brandi Abram reaching out to me. She knew we could make it happen together. It is tough getting a contingent offer accepted, the first I sent out got rejected but with tenacity and perseverance I was able to get their offer accepted and get us into escrow (getting a contingent offer accepted here is tough, you have to deal with multiple offer situations AND I beat out an all cash offer).

The clients fell in ❤️ with this condo and I wanted to do everything I could to get them into it, being San Diego is such a competitive market.

This is WHY I got into this business because seeing them getting the keys and being in their new home is what is most important to me.
