Law Office of Fabiola A. Navarro Immigration Law Practice. Servicios Legales de Inmigracion. Fabiola Navarro obtained her Master in Law Degree from University of Valparaiso, Chile. Navarro.

She has been a licensed Chilean attorney since August 2002. She worked for the INP, a Chilean government institution and also for the Legal Aid Society of Valparaiso. She moved to the U.S, and after completing her ESL studies and several College General Education courses, she worked as a paralegal at the Personal Injury law firm of Ravid and Associates, P.C, Southfield, Michigan, (2004-05). Later,

she moved to San Diego, CA and rendered legal services for the Immigration Law Firm of Lilia Velasquez in 2006. She also worked as an International Associate at the law firm of AIPG from 2010-11 on a case by case basis. She is a Licensed Attorney in CA, and worked as the Immigration Attorney for the Employee Right Center from 06/ 2012 to 07/2014. Also, she is a member of AILA. She is passionate about working for her community and in promoting human rights. She has been a volunteer for different organizations, such as the Joan B. Kroc Institute for Peace & Justice at USD (2005-2012) and Amnesty International (2005 to present). She was a panelist at the “Women's Rights are Human Rights” event organized by Voices of Women in June 2008. She is also a Board Member of The International Museum of Human Rights of San Diego (IMOHR). In 2013, she was a delegate to the 57th United Nations Commission on the Status of Women. Also, she was invited to give a presentation about Humanitarian Visas at the II International Summit in Aguascalientes, Mexico (II Cumbre Iberoamerica)

She was awarded by KPBS with the Local Hero of Hispanic American Heritage month for being a Human Rights and Immigration Activist. In August 2014, she was invited by the Navy Regional Plant Equipment Office (NRPEO) to be a speaker for its Annual Diversity Day and she was recognized for her accomplishments with the Bravo Zulu Coin. In September 2014, she opened her solo practice, Law Office of Fabiola A.
