Call me crazy, but with over TWO HUNDRED (yes 200!) people through my open houses this past weekend, I’d say the market is on its way back and it’s not taking any prisoners.

Tip* Create a beautiful product. Treat the home like it’s your own. I can’t stress that enough. Create something that the universal buyer will emotionally connect to. Set the vibe, play music, light a candle, have human interaction and conversation. Buyers miss this and it was evident this past weekend. ♥️♥️
