This is motivating! I’m fortunate that recognitions come around every now and then. I’m usually quiet about them but this one is exciting. Perhaps it’s the source or perhaps it’s the timing of its arrival. I just resolved a year’s long business dispute last week and this week I resolved a months' long business dispute. Matter was dismissed for the court record meaning it’s 100% done forever. All sandwiched in between other legal matters and volunteer involvement of course. Next week I aim to resolve a year’s long trust administration matter. On I go!

I don’t like to toot my own horn, so I’ll just share what others think 💭 🙂

As an attorney and business owner, and more importantly a frequent member of professional associations across the county, I can share valuable insights to brand new business owners to help them launch a successful business. Launch, and keep them that way.

I welcome those planning to start a new business or incorporate and launch into the next phase of the business to connect and discuss liability protection planning. Unfortunately business disputes and lawsuits happen in business. Let’s set a strategy together to help avoid losses to the greatest extent possible. Losses are not only economic losses, but non-economic losses too. If you’re ever faced with a lawsuit, plan to lose as little as possible, if anything. Don’t wait to discuss liability shelter planning until later. The earlier the better.

2 simple lines and yet, they are incredibly life changing for these clients. Phew. Glad this matter is resolved. Fortunately these folks can lift a HUGE weight off their shoulders and focus their time ⏱ , money 💰, and energy 💪🏼 towards on more positive matters.

These clients were a joy to work with. I am incredibly excited to have helped them with achieving the grand dream of homeownership.

The typical escrow timeframe is 30 days. In those 30 days, surprises require immediate attention, documents require immediate review, and discussions can happen early am or late pm. I’m ready for the task, but for this reason I have to be selective in working with clients. There’s only so many hours in a day and I hope to keep clients happy and satisfied.

I’m looking forward to continue working as counsel for this family in other matters.

“April showers” in a positive way with some amazing feedback. I greatly appreciate these, but it does take a lot of intentional effort to offer positive experiences as well. That’s a fact. But I’m glad clients see that.
