If you think your employer will take care of you if you get exposed to COVID-19 at work think again. Although there are presumptions in place that are supposed to proctect injuried workers. Employers, insurance companies and their attorney's will use anything to deny benefits to workers benefits who get exposed to COVID-19 at work. What's more scary are that some employers are telling workers who do contract COVID-19 to not diclose to anyone their positive test and where the contracted it from. I know this from personel experience with some of my client's.
