Living in San Diego comes with a few very specific local fears. 👻

The kind where the 5 comes to a standstill for no reason at all (again), or you finally find parking in Little Italy only to realize it’s street sweeping day, and suddenly your entire day is ruined.

Some backyards are an afterthought. This one might rearrange your entire weekend schedule.

We asked Mike Safiedine to rank the habits that drive him a little crazy. He did not hold back.

Some of these will feel familiar. A few might feel personal. That’s the point. The habits that slow a business down are rarely the big, obvious ones. They’re the small things that slip in over time and quietly add up.

When you’re looking for a home in North County San Diego, you’re probably picturing more than how your furniture will fit.
