Here is the audio from our oral argument in the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals two weeks ago in Colicelli v. Dept of Veterans Affairs, Case No. 20-2048. Should the government have produced documents it was required to produce, that show our client is entitled to the relief requested? That is the issue.
