EXCITING UPDATE: At 17 years in trial practice, I’m thrilled to announce the reopening of my own firm: .
Every courtroom, every client, every colleague along the way has shaped the lawyer I am today — and I’m deeply grateful for it all. I enter this next chapter looking back with pride at how I ran my firm from 2009 - 2021, and then looking forward with sharp instincts and experience for the work I love most: telling the stories of my clients, so I can hold defendant insurance companies accountable for the injuries they have caused through their negligence.
My tag line is: Trained. Organized. Experienced.
These are not just words to me.
Trained: I have trained far beyond traditional books and seminars, most recently with my CDL commercial driving training and licensure to know trucking and vehicle collisions at a very deep level. Next week I’ll finish that training and obtain my passenger endorsement and license.
Organized: I have presented twice recently with Trial Guides about case management and organization. Feeling that Virgo Power for sure. And as Benny Greb says “you must think about technique so you don’t need to think about technique.” I’ve developed systems over years of tracking legal information to have an organized bank to use. All this is so I can work cases to always be on the offense with calculated strategy based on my organized bank and systems.
Experienced: I have tried 74 cases. 71 were jury trials. I teach with the Trial Lawyers College and co-lead one of our two graduate programs.
I’m living in the present, while feeling the electric energy of what is ahead. You all have been part of this journey with me, and I cannot express my gratitude enough for that.
Now, time to keep working for my clients!
