The condo market has been softer. We've been talking about this all year. Not a shocker to see a sharper increase in supply compared to single family detached homes. Yet, we've seen slightly more condo sales this year (2.5% more volume in 2025). I think it's easy to look at a soft condo market and think volume has been down, but the stats say otherwise.
