💥Closed Escrow in Point Loma!💥

Chad was referred to me several months ago by a friend. His goal was to stop paying somebody else’s mortgage and start paying off his own! Just a few weeks into our search, I found him a great condo that checked off all of his needs and wants. ✅ Better yet, the location was AMAZING! 🏄‍♂️

I was able to negotiate a great price and even get a credit back from the seller. Additionally, we were able to close escrow quickly due to my lending partner ONEIL Team - Mortgage & Realty Professionals. Craig and his team made sure that our client never came close to falling out of escrow.
