Sonoma Academy (a prestigious private school) recently released a report detailing the s*xual abuse, s*xual misconduct, and s*xual harassment of certain faculty towards their students. The 49-page report states there were 34 female victims and at least 3 additional students subjected to similar abuse by two employees. This intolerable behavior took place over the timespan of 15 years, in what was supposed to be a safe-learning environment. The time to take legal action is now.

The National Institute of Health recently conducted a study which linked the use of hair straighteners, hair relaxers, and other hair products to uterine cancer, breast cancer, as well as other various types of cancer.
Over approximately 11 years, this study included 33,947 female participants from varying ethnic backgrounds. The findings from the study indicate that the participants who used hair straightening products had double the rate of uterine cancer than the participants who did not. Hair relaxers contain toxic carcinogens that are absorbed through the scalp which sometimes lead to hormonal imbalance and endocrine issues. These manufacturers were aware of the known risks, however, they failed to properly warn the consumer.
