Happy first day of December ✨. As we enter a month that is so special for both our businesses and our families, I wanted to share something exciting that I have been quietly working on.

Like many of you, I have spent countless hours trying to find comps, double checking sources, and jumping between tools just to make sure my estate jewelry and watch valuations were accurate. It became overwhelming, especially as my appraisal work grew. I kept wishing there was one place that could help me research, evaluate, and stay consistent without losing so much time.

I could not find anything that truly worked for me, so I ended up building it myself.

After months of trial, error, learning, and a lot of sleepless nights, the platform has finally come together. GemIntellect brings everything into one workflow: image analysis, examination guidelines, identification and authentication support, comp research with verifiable sources, plus tools like metal calculators, gemstone weight estimators, cut grade evaluators, watch lookups, and more.

Soon, the beta will go out to 40 colleagues who are working in appraising, estate buying, pawn shops, and auction houses, and who care deeply about quality and innovation for our industry. If all goes well, we will get to share the official version early next year.

I really hope it will make your day to day work easier and more productive the way it is already helping me.
