That doesn’t mean the market has suddenly taken off. One month isn’t enough to call a turnaround. But because pending contracts reflect more recent buyer activity than closed sales, the improvement suggests demand may be finding its footing.
For sellers, this is a reason to stay engaged—not a reason to overprice. For buyers, there may still be room to negotiate.
