There’s a difference between having a real estate license and being a Real Producer.

The market of 2020 and 2021 covered up a lot of weaknesses.

Homes were moving. Buyers were everywhere. Deals were coming fast. And for a while, you could succeed without mastering the fundamentals of this business.

That market is gone.
