JOB DUTIES
• Researched, forms responses to, and evaluates litigation threats. Formulates, communicates and briefs case strategy to clients and act as a liaison with internal and external counsel, management and other external parties. Gathers information, analyzes data trends, identifies root cause(s), and provides information to the business.
• Conduct case activities to include investigating ca

se facts, negotiating, and representing the Law Firm at mediation. Participates in the legal discovery process including preparing materials for production, deposition preparation sessions and depositions, and assisting in identification and preparation of witnesses for depositions and trials.
• Analyzes data to mitigate risk. Reviews and analyzes files, policies, company documents, and witnesses to evaluate exposure, respond to discovery requests and aid counsel in case strategy.
• Prepares case evaluations and requests for settlement authority. Maintain documentation on assigned cases, including electronic communications and litigation holds.
• Serves as a resource to team members on escalated issues of a routine nature. Identifies and communicates recommended changes in policies, procedures, and training opportunities.
