Some of you remember me from another company that is based in San Antonio. Combined, here at CATX, we have over 10 years experience in the Industry and serving San Antonio. I have decided that I can do this from home, saving you and your client about $500 on the average, per contract. My integrity and the need to genuinely help people makes this service more personal. Your client is not one in a haystack. I limit the number of clients I take to insure they get the best possible service available. In this manner I can get to know them by their individual needs and help them focus on what they need to get done. Thanks to today’s technology, I always am available and will return their calls in a timely manner. No problem or issue is too small!
Those of you who have placed clients in my hands know I am trusted to get the job done and are familiar with my process. When it comes to updates, I do not use those fancy databases that show your deletions, I can manually produce the same thing and E-Mail it to you and your client, saving log-in time alleviating the need for another user name and password. Nothing changes until you submit new correspondence, (this is just a gimmick to make you believe you are getting up to the minute info!!) If you think you can pay less for services, think again! Some companies charge $35-$50 a month but only work on 2 or 3 items at a time. We do a major blitz including a round of certified letters to validate the debts and pursue them from that point.
