Preferred Counsel Legal Placement Services, L.P. Preferred Counsel is Texas’ and San Antonio’s most prestigious legal staffing solutions organization. Preferred Counsel was founded by Morgan M.

Founded on the often ignored and forgotten principles of honesty, responsiveness to client needs, and old-fashioned hard work, Preferred Counsel has built an excellent reputation of matching the most qualified candidates with the most sought after positions throughout Texas. Preferred Counsel skillfully handles all attorney and staff employment needs including law firm partner placements, associates, contract lawyers all the way to paralegals, legal secretaries, receptionists file clerks and office managers. Matson, a skilled legal headhunter and licensed attorney with experience, discernment, and valuable contacts gained from his years spent practicing as a lawyer with Fulbright & Jaworski and later Ball & W**d. If you desire preferential treatment then Preferred Counsel is your answer. While some agencies merely act as resume forwarders, Preferred Counsel prides itself on building lasting relationships with employers and candidates through its dedication to one basic tenet: Focus on long-term matches between employer and candidate. Thus, Preferred Counsel pays close attention to such factors as the “chemistry” or “fit” of employers and candidates alike, as well as the pedigree, skill set, and qualifications of each candidate.
