The good thing about the shutdown, less traffic on our Texas roads. The bad thing about the shutdown, some drivers are taking advantage of the decreased traffic and speeding well beyond the posted speed limits.

A recent article from CNN (See link below) explains people are topping speeds of over 100 miles per hour because of the open roads.
