Mark Darling, Attorney at Law, Professional Corporation Mark Darling has been practicing law for 24 years. My name is Mark Darling, and I've been practicing law in and around San Antonio for almost 24 years.

My primary focus is on family and criminal law, but I represent clients in probate, estate planning and real estate cases as well. I am not a stranger to the courthouse and while there is nothing wrong with reaching agreements to resolve legal matters, it's often necessary to appear in court and fight - which I will do on your behalf. My family law practice includes cases involving agreed and cont

ested divorce, custody, child support, modification, CPS cases and adoptions. I've handled hundreds of these matters, with many repeat and referral clients. I see my role in family law cases as providing informed representation that enables clients to make good decisions to obtain the best possible outcome. My criminal law experience includes everything from lower level misdemeanors to DWI's to first degree felonies, including murders. I've represented defendants in numerous jury and bench trials. Of course, my first goal in any criminal case is dismissal, but good results can come in other forms as well. In this arena, experience and diligence matters. I also have considerable successful experience with expunctions of criminal records and orders of non-disclosure. With regard to probate, estate planning and real estate law, I am certified in guardianship matters, I handle probate of estates, small estate affidavits, heirship proceedings, wills, statutory durable powers of attorney, medical powers of attorney, directives to physicians, affidavits of heirship, mortgage assumption, revocable transfer on death deeds, warranty deeds, deeds in lieu of foreclosure, promissory notes, and forcible entry and detainer (eviction). I am also a licensed Texas Realtor. Finally, I represent clients in routine business formations, including LLCs and Series LLCs as well.
