We're a boutique firm in San Antonio, with satellite offices in Austin and Dallas. We practice in Business, Estates & Trusts, and Real Estate law, including transactional and litigation.
We're not looking to fill seats. We're looking for A-players who want to practice law the way it should be: with excellence, authenticity, and actual work-life balance.
Both Positions are San Antonio Area Preferred
HERE'S WHAT'S OPEN:
Business & Real Estate - Experienced Attorney
Five-plus years, courtroom-comfortable, with real depth in business disputes, real estate disputes, and the transactional work that surrounds them. Partner buyouts, contract disputes, seller disclosure and construction defect claims, commercial leases, TREC contracts. Here's the deal: a six-billable-hour day, monthly production bonuses above that, 10% origination on every matter you bring in for the life of the matter, and real benefits. Comp Range: $150K to $200K.
Trial Attorney / Lead Litigator
Seven-plus years of civil litigation, first-chair trial experience, and real pre-litigation experience: demand letters, pre-suit negotiation, early case assessment. You'll lead our litigation practice in business, real estate, and fiduciary disputes and mentor our junior litigator. Same six-hour day, same production and origination bonuses, same benefits. Comp Range: $140K to $200K. We are considering hires from other verticals/practice areas. Strong litigators coming from other verticals may be considered.
Both roles include health, dental, vision, life, and short- and long-term disability insurance, 401(k) match, PTO plus 15 paid holidays, and a defined title path to Non-Equity Partner with profit sharing. You'll actually have a life outside the office.

$5,000 referral fee for either attorney hire ($1K after the first week is completed, $4K after the hire completes 90 days)
