DON’T FORGET TO GIVE YOUR NOTICE TO VACATE!

I hear this one at least once a month:

“I just got denied for an apartment. They’re saying I owe my previous property because I didn’t give proper notice…”

Even if you’re month to month, you may still require written notice before you move out.

Not doing so can mean extra rent, fees, negative rental history, and a whole lot of unnecessary headaches.

A simple notice can save you a lot of money.
