RC Pate is an attorney in good standing with 7 years of criminal law experience. He graduated from The University of Houston Law Center in 2007 having clerked at the Texas Supreme Court and the State Attorney General’s Office. While in Law School RC received recognition for his outstanding trial skills being a regional winner in the National Trial Competition in 2006 and a National Quarterfinalist the same year. Upon graduation he was inducted into the Order of the Barristers, an elite institution for those demonstrating trial prowess.
After clerking at both the Nueces County and Kleberg County, RC started his career working for the Bexar County District Attorney's Office as an Assistant District Attorney. While there he tried over 50 cases to a verdict. He left to start his own practice in San Antonio in 2010 and has been helping people in a number of criminal and civil cases ever since. Though his practice focuses on criminal, he is happy to meet with anyone to help get them on the road to correctly solving their legal problems.
