The Tier One Neighborhood Coalition (T1NC) is a group of San Antonio inner city neighborhoods organized to promote broad-based citizen participation in public policy issues through education and advocacy. Our mission advocates for a sensible balance between protecting and enhancing the built environment of San Antonio’s older neighborhoods through sustainable public policies while preserving commu

nity resilience and culture. Tier One envisions people who live and work in our neighborhoods having a strong voice in determining the future of their communities. This impartial and informative event will be free and open to the public.

All San Antonio City Council District 1 candidates have been invited to participate. Candidates will answer questions submitted by district residents, and candidates will have an opportunity to make brief closing remarks.

This presentation from DSD will include the new support staff for STR ordinance, how STRs operate in neighborhoods, resources and information on STR permits, how to track STRs using BuildSA, and the enforcement of the code on illegal STRs operating in your neighborhood.

T1NC will provide an update on (STR) bills currently in the Texas Legislature impacting Neighborhoods.
