We actually had a buyer lined up, but a week in they got cold feet and backed out (we found out afterwards that this was the third home they'd backed out of. Would have been good information prior)

Regardless...these sellers wanted to make sure we came back to market the right way!

While the inspection report wasn't bad at all, there are always things on resale homes that pop up, so they pulled the house off the market for a few weeks and spent a lot of time (and money) addressing a large amount of the items on the report. Folks....this is the type of seller you want.

Someone was going to get a good house. Now they're going to get a GREAT one.
